The Body Shop Enrich Not Exploit Campaign

Hello everybody,

a few days ago, I was invited by The Body Shop Indonesia for their newest campaign "Enrich Not Exploit (it's in our hands)". In sync with their ongoing value, belief and passion to the community and environment, The Body Shop will always pay attention on making positive changes.

-*-

Awards after awards has been given to The Body Shop, from Waste Reduction Initiative, BPOM for safe cosmetics, Corporate Social Initiative Program, Women's Health Beauty Choice, and many more.

-*-

I personally loves a lot of their products, from the skincare collection, makeup, perfume and body care as well. While my husband enjoys the home essentials and the kids love the fruity toiletries.

-*-

During the event, we was introduced to their newest collection, British Rose.

EDT, body lotion, butter, and body scrub. They all smells so good and feminine, like a rose should be.

-*-

There's a throne made in the gallery too, to celebrate the royal flower.

-*-

Aside from having all the fun, The Body Shop Indonesia reminds us to keep our commitment in making the world safe for everyone, nature and everything that lives in the earth too. Beauty products should contribute in keeping the earth pretty too. Be a responsible user and only purchase products that are known to be safe to be used and made not by hurting others. There are a lot of issues in Indonesia, like palm oils, plastic waste, to the unsafe beauty products on the market, there are still a lot of works need to be done and we as a consumer can be a smart one and choose the right products.

Check out #GreenEvent on social medias and you'll find many ways of contributing.

We are responsible in enriching our planet,

-*-

and our people too.

-*-

Reduce waste by recycling, reduce the use of plastic bags, safe water, invest in solar energy products, choose brands and companies that are 'green', plants trees, avoid brands that are cruel to the animals and environment, be an active agents that save women and children from human trafficking, and many many more, we need to be each other superhero by being alert and aware.

-*-

Thank you The Body Shop, it is indeed in our hands.
